Dammit … maybe I won’t follow this blog, I can’t find a ‘follow’ button. (Is it something I’ve said or a function of the ‘theme’ you have chosen?) Or am I just a bit dim …

  3. Argus says:

Oops. Looking at my own site using this theme I found that I too was lacking a ‘follow’ button (since rectified—I’ve now posted one)(it’s a widget).

What a combination! Figure skating? I would never have thought!
And you’re a brainiac, too? Awesome, awesome!
Your owl gravatar is a riot, by the way.

Well see, you can compete in figure skating while going to school (ice rinks tend to be open a lot, even if the public isn’t involved) and the sport has lots of girls in short skirts who tend not to be surrounded by many guys. If you can lift one up and wave her over your head (they usually come pretty small) then you’re in instant demand as a pair or dance partner. (Desperation operates for guys, here.)

Opinionating on government, economics and yes, figure skating, strikes me as in need of a certain chutzpah; the thought was that seeing it coming from a dyspeptic owl might restore some balance…

And with gratitude for the advice, a ‘follow’ widget will be added!
