EDITORIAL:         Three Salient Observations

  1. Governments nearly everywhere are running their finances into the ground for benefit programs.
  2. Living standards nearly everywhere are increasingly displeasing lots of citizens.
  3. Massive public protests are occurring in many places.

Maybe we should be paying a bit more attention?
