The police searching for ex LA Cop Christopher Dorner haven’t bothered Mr. Dorner but seem to be doing as much or more damage looking for him as he has so far managed. First, in the small hours in suburbia, two ladies 71 and 52 delivering newspapers evidently strongly resembled the black ex cop; the police shot them up on signt, putting both in the hospital. This professional police work is described for you in Police Shoot Newsladies.
Well, stuff happens, right? This stuff seems to be contagious though; an hour or two later, cops shot up another truck (of the wrong color) evidently mistaken the small white driver for the big black ex cop, Police Misfire Again will inform you of that one.
These clarify the invisibility of Mr. Dorner; the cops are simply unable to see him. Perhaps the officer whose job it is to attach a sign to the suspect with “DORNER” in large print is on vacation. Times and suburban papers are still being home delivered; likely if so, combat pay is involved.
President Obama and various governors are presently pushing gun violence reduction by depriving citizens of their weapons; it would seem a greater enhancement to safety might be to deprive the cops first. Or consider our military: How would the expedition to off Osama bin Laden have gone if the Navy Seals were as trigger-happy as these California cops?
If these collected SWAT team wanna-bes are any example, one can see how Mr. Dorner fit in. He is probably among the few in the area that can afford to feel safe while the cops are looking for him. Certainly, nobody else can afford it. And if or when he is ultimately collected and turned in, all those cops will still be at large…
